• URL for Online Retail Site (if 1937  Apothecary products will be sold there)

USERNAME & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 Your business will receive ONE username and set of log-in credentials per Federal Tax ID#. If you have multiple users or buyers linked to that Tax ID #, they will need to share that username.
